Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to the Profile screen, and tap Delete Account. This removes your account, your private statements, and your identifying details immediately. If you were in a conversation with someone else, your name is replaced with "Deleted user" in that shared conversation — the other person's data is not affected. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what happens to your data.

How do I buy coins, and what's the refund policy?

Coins can be purchased through the app via Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). All purchases are handled directly by Google or Apple — Unruffle does not process payments itself. Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted through the store where you bought them:

• Google Play: visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or use the Play Store app to request a refund.
• App Store: visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.

Unruffle cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases.

How do I report a problem?

Email contact@unruffle.app with a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful but not required. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will keep you updated on any fix.
