This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Navendu Mittal ("Developer", "we", "us"), the developer of Unruffle. It is not an agreement with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligations or liability to you under it.
By downloading or using Unruffle, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Unruffle on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not distribute or make Unruffle available over a network where it can be used by multiple devices at once.
Unruffle uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to guide conversations and generate content such as scorecards, commentary, and verdicts. This AI-generated content is not professional advice of any kind — including legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice — and should not be treated as such. See our Terms of Service for the full scope of what Unruffle is and isn't.

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for Unruffle. Apple has no obligation to furnish any such maintenance or support. For support, contact us at navendumittal0@gmail.com.
Unruffle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to Unruffle.
If applicable law requires a warranty, the scope and duration of any such warranty is limited to the minimum permitted, and we — not Apple — are solely responsible for it.
We — not Apple — are responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party have relating to Unruffle, including: product liability claims, claims that Unruffle fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar laws.
In the event of any third-party claim that Unruffle or your use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, we — not Apple — are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
Unruffle processes messages using Anthropic's Claude AI. Your use of Unruffle is also subject to Anthropic's usage policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is sent to Anthropic and how it is handled.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. We may also suspend or terminate your access to Unruffle for misuse of the app (see our Terms of Service). Upon termination, you must stop all use of the app.
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
